A. Priority fields are information, electronics, biotechnology, advanced
materials. Other national concerns are environmental
protection, population planning, energy conservation and resources
exploitation and so on.
B. Applicant shall put forward literal report, which shall be examined and discussed by
a special committees, and thereafter a face-to-face discussion with the applicant shall
follow. When an approval therefore is obtained from director of the TIC, a contract shall
be signed between applicant and TIC. The evaluation will include:
- Technology: The project to be implemented by tenant enterprise shall be
of new and high technology, not involved in any dispute related to knowledge property, and
with potential development respect. The technical personnel shall make up more than 50% of
total staff members of the tenant enterprises.
- Business plan: In initial period, the enterprise shall have certain
amount of capital with professional financial management personnel, and should put forward
a three-year business plan.
- Marketing: Be familiar with the status of market for the same category
of products and potential market in coming three years.
- Entrepreneur: Provide qualification certificate for manager of the
enterprise and understand technology of project of the enterprise with capability in
management.
