  May 10, Six representatives of Shanghai Incubation Center、S & T  Party
       Committee and Shanghai Science Committee Hi-Tech Dept.visited TIC

Deputy General Secretary Xue-Bin Jiang,Party Committee officer Fang Zeng, Hi-Tech Department officer Qing-Ye Xu and other staff came to TIC for investigation and research. During this visit both sides discussed the issues of incubator policy, incubation model and development schedule. After that, Shanghai guests also visited Tianjin TEDA International Incubator.

The guests of Australian International Development Program  came to TIC, accompanied by State Department's Policy Reform Chief officer Ye Xu, Project Deputy Director Si-Jin Huo and International Cooperation Dept. Deputy Director Xue-li Jiao. The foreign group was formed by Senior Specialist Mr. Davis, Mr.Gudis and CEO of CBC Mr. Webb.
TIC Introduced the progress of Chinese incubation centers and TIC. The guests showed strong interest in it.
Australian guests believed TIC experience offered great help to their project planning. Also TIC and CBC discussed how to further developing business,and make great progress. Furthermore, it was agreed by CBC that they would offer free CBC manual's copyright to TIC.

 Feb 28,  Friends from Ha'rbin Hi-Tech Zone Incubation Center,  Ha'rbin Economic Technology Development Zone Incubation Center and Dalian  Hi-Tech Zone Incubation Center Visited TIC

Brief news: Deputy Director of Ha'rbin Hi-Tech Zone Incubation Center Jing-Kuan Gu, Deputy Director of Ha'rbin Economic Technology Development Zone Incubation Center Yu-Zhi Zhang and Chief Secretary of Dalian Hi-Tech Zone Incubation Center Guang-Ming Zhang came to TIC to exchange experience with each other. During the meeting, each side introduced its advanced experience on business incubation, management method and so on. Besides, they also discussed on the issues of incubator development direction and incubation in depth.
